Coleman Schoessow draws intricate, abstract, steam-of-consciousness art by hand with ink on illustration board & canvas. In 2013, he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Through two brain surgeries, chemo & radiation, he developed an unusual drawing style that allowed him to calm & focus his mind in a meditative way. Now healthy & active, he creates bold, drawings with highly intricate detailing. His art is vibrant & non-objective, with interesting details that allow for viewer interpretation.
