I live in Tasmania, which is an island south of the mainland of Australia. I live in the south, between the sea (Southern Ocean), a bay (Ralphs Bay), a canal and a lagoon. I named my house after my favourite song, Shady Grove. In about thirty years, they say we will be under water, except my house and next-door. We envisage (my next-door neighbour and I) living on a little island. I love living in Tasmania, and I hope the rest of the world never finds out how beautiful it is...
