Sometimes, when I’m too busy, I get behind in processing information. Mental constipation. very uncomfortable. I like to move around and talk out loud as I draw and write quickly. It’s a good way of shaking out my head so I can process better. Especially when I feel pressure to make some decisions, but nagging thoughts are stuck underneath consciousness. Ear protectors useful to drown out distractions. Clearing the table is a metaphor for clearing my mind. Whatever works, right?
