Autumn falls and Festive calls

Hari OM
September. That came round fast. It’s two years since completing gurukula in SandeepanySadhanalaya. As I write this, Krishna Janmaashtami draws to a close, the first of several festivals in a row on the Hindu calendar… Ganesh Chaturthi, Navraatri, Dusshera, Deepavalli… So many festivals are associated with this time of the year; in the West, various harvest festivals, Halloween, All Saints, Thanksgiving…. CHRISTMAS!!!

Yes, for crying out loud, ’tis but 12 weeks from date. Time to think of building up the gifts and RedBubble is one place to find some fun things. Many artists will, I am sure, be presenting items specific to the season. I shall certainly aim to do so – and have already brought forward some patterns echoing the change of the seasons, with red, browns, oranges… Though for those on the lower half, spring is the season, so there are several lighter coloured items also.

Having recently received one of my own t-shirts in the post, I am delighted with the soft and lush cotton and generous sizing (unisex). The design looks well on the ‘army’ background and the item was delivered within the given time frame. I would be happy to recommend the item to others now. Have got a couple of other things on order. Report in due course!

Have a great week,
YAM xx
