The Anasazi Indians built cliff dwellings at what is now Mesa Verde National Park, Colorado, USA. They lived there for over 1,000 years, then mysteriously disappeared around 1300 A.D. This is inside The Balcony House.

Thank you! It is a very interesting place. The stone work is amazing! This is way up on the side of a cliff. You have to climb ladders to get to it.
I went past it once but didn’t climb the ladders.

thanks for posting this bill some of my best child hood memories were of our trip through the south west and going here into the ruins was the highlight it is a great picture
