    Wanda Lotus (she/her) started her working career in computer engineering before branching out into fine art and music events photography. Ten years ago she began an ongoing street photography series featuring NYC subway riders, and for the past eight years she has photographed NYC house music DJs and the dancers at their events. Her work was most recently featured in the 2019 Black Female Photographers Photo Annual. She blogs at wandalotus.net.
