Artist's Description

Yellow and green tractors invade the pitch at Alnwick Gardens, Northumberland ! The colours of Norwich City football club !

The Grand Cascade is the largest water feature in the UK. Jets of water are fired all over the place ! Amazing to watch the ever changing scene.

The garden was originally laid down in 1750 by the first Duke of Northumberland. The look of the garden changed during the Second World War when there was a need for every space to grow food. The garden then fell into disrepair. Redevelopment of the garden started in 1997 and has been led by Belgian landscape designers Jacques and Peter Wirtz.

The tractors are there for the enjoyment of young children visiting the gardens
