Night Photography advise.

Hi, / I’m using a minolta SLR camera with tripod and am interested in others experience in taking long exposure photos of the stars in the dark. / What settings have you used and how long were your exposures? / I would be interested in viewing anyones work who is into this. / Thanks / Widged.
