Striptease

As graceful as a swan, you glide across the floor,
With movements so precise, a ballerina could do no more,
As excitement builds the crowd begins to roar.
With eyes all agog, they watch as you remove a glove.
One man whispers that he’s in love.
The flower man hand’s you a rose,
You take it, gently touch his cheek with your lips,
And then, on with the dance.
First your other glove, then your blouse drops to the floor,
The crowd goes wild with whistles and shouts galore.
You turn a pirouette and tease your breasts,
The one in love looks on in ore.
Once again you twist and turn,
Kicking high and bending low,
Your g string just a glimpse to show.
To frenzied shouts and uproarious din, you drop your skirt and slowly spin.
The crowd you have in your grasp, to do with what you will,
With a glint in your eye, you slip your hand to the g string,
And slowly start to pull it down, lower and lower it goes,
As the crowd all strain to see that elusive place,
You stop, smile, and wave good by.
On leaving, you know, they will all be there to see the next show,
Hoping against hope, that your g string will finally go.
