The works of Edmund Dulac are utterly lovely, and just about perfect for a vector conversion project. The Vac had a lovely time working this particular set of challenges – watercolor to vector, maintaining as much of the feel of the original pieces as possible while ensuring that the conversions were print-ready. Better still was reading the books these images are from. If you need a reading list of utter loveliness, the following may very well suit, and each book, being published prior to 1920, is no longer under copyright – you can find versions of these books online quite easily.
The Vac hopes you enjoy the artwork, and suggests that searching for “Wetdryvac Dulac” here on Redbubble without quotes will find the other pieces in the set if you’ve landed here via a particular piece.
