Ballet.

Spinning in circles at dizzying speeds,
Up on her tiptoes.

Arms spread wide and twisting around,
Like a rhthmic prose.

She is a sweet angel with her giggles, her laugh,
No need for music.

A ballet she has made a dance unrehearsed,
A pretty twirl and kick.

She holds out palms and jumps into my arms,
Dances away with me.

My eyes swell with tears at her sweet silly squeels,
Dancing with her Daddy.

Ballet.
