sing a song of liliac.

I stand in a rain of liliac,
of petals sweet on wind,
I dance the dance of moonlight,
listening to beauties hyme.
I call upon the waters,
the rippled words of love,
I hear the sweet surrender,
that comes from up above.
I feel the skin of angels,
of feathered downy wings,
I see your face around me,
my heart breaks free to sing.
I wish upon the morning,
to feel your hand in mine,
and as i touch your fingers,
I wish I could stop time.
I dance in a rain of liliac,
the flower you hold dear,
and with this scent of longing,
I hope my song you’ll hear.

sing a song of liliac.
