Across calming waters.

Across calming waters,
Within a sea of foam,
Holding out for moments,
Never to be out grown.
That gentle hand,
And caring touch,
Once disreguarded,
As an evil clutch.
Fear surrounds the boyant
To float across the sea,
Alone upon the waters
of thoughts of you and me.
Pensive as I drift,
Remembering right and wrong,
Yet I see your face,
Making me so strong.
Across these calming waters,
No storm upon the tide,
I know that you are out there,
Back to shore on waves I ride.

Across calming waters.
