Somewhere Off The Map

In the west they call it country,
same ain’t here in the east,

Sometimes its magic, Okay, all the time,
It doesn’t smell so good for the first,
So damn hot, you can feel the thirst,
Innocence in the eyes and rain drop delight,
Obsessed by Almighty,
Temples on every porch, as are the hearts,

Stronger in numbers, unite to win,
Still finds joy in smallest sin,
Hearts of gold and friends of truth,
Four legged and the rooster’s call,
Life comes a full circle every new season,
First by kings, then by Lords,
And now by paper printers,
Still holds mustaches with million dollar pride,

Folklore paradise, Yes, it is,
They are changing, with lessons under the trees,
They survived them all,
Still running the nation, feeding hand full of sand,
Making us proud, Walking hand in hand,
Which we fail to understand, This is my Land*
