An Invitation To Move Away From The Window!

On the inside looking out, the invitation still stands to be on the outside, looking out…
Same View, Different Perspective… Vicki Ferrari June 2011

The same stuff is thrown your way, whether you be on the outside or the inside.
It has to be dealt with regardless, the window will need to be cleaned in order for vision to be become clear once again. It can be awfully hard to clean the outside of a window from the inside… and the more gunk that builds up, the harder it is to remove. It can set like, um, well, there are so many examples that I could use but I am not sure where to start! Perhaps the safest version would be to say that it sets like concrete! And if we stay isolated long enough, the window will become so dark that we will not be able to see at all, outside or inside! Well, inside, if we have electricity… and these days we can pay our bills from within the confines of our own four walls… I am not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. Anybody have any opinions on that? I would love to hear them if they do! Can anyone else relate to what I have said above? Does anyone else have difficulty in leaving their house? In leaving their safe haven? Often, when I see other peoples’ images, and read their stories, be it here on Redbubble, or on Facebook, it seems that no one else experiences what it is that I am experiencing. This does not mean that I think I am special or the only one feeling these feelings of isolation. Just that when I look and read other artists’ work, it seems they always have their life in order! Yes, feelings are not facts! And writing this is more to help myself, as I have said… to clean some of the concrete off that window before it sets so hard that it will take much more effort to do so!
Thanks for reading this far! I hope that someone out there can relate!

I felt I had to add more words, to clarify what I had said in the narrative on my latest image
The World Outside My Window ©
More for myself, than for anyone else.
To make me think about how I life my life at the current moment.
