I recently ordered 2 photographic prints of
T h e L O O K © Vicki Ferrari Photography
and I am very impressed with both the lustre and the metallic finish.

I also noted that they were printed in the United States, not in Australia.
The paper used on both was Kodak.

I love the highlights with the metallic finish! I would highly recommend these metallic prints to anyone!
I will experiment and try some different photographs at a later date, with less highlights.

Sully’s whiskers just POP out of the print! I love it!

Resolved Problem with Redbubble Cards

I have always believed that it is very important to give credit, where credit is due thus the reason for this journal and in announcing that the Issue of Low Card Quality has been resolved with much thanks to to Troy Evans – Guru of Prints for doing this… even though it took a long time! I hope that if it ever happens again, to me or to someone else, that it will be resolved more quickly, and that it does not take 4 – 5 months!

This week, I recieved a reprint of the cards, that has obviously been checked before being sent out (as some have doubles, where there has been a second print, where there was an issue with a border). The only issue that I had with these were that they were not sent out in a very sturdy bag and their were no envelopes. Not sure

Continuing on with Alignment Issue, I am still waiting for an answer on the reason that the card preview looks so different to the image preview – the last time I heard anything was August 30, and it had nothing to do with the following… Wisdom (temporarily available for sale in order for card preview to be viewed) or please see HERE# for more precise example

The uploaded image preview itself does not show this as being crooked at all.
The preview does show a slightly crooked image. Is there anyway this could be amended? Perhaps you could supply the members of Redbubble with template for cards, ensuring that cards will be printed as designed?

Is there anyone about who has a good understanding of Google Analytics? :) And is able to explain it to someone who has problems in understanding some of the geek speak terminology! I am trying to work out how to block my own IP!

This is the follow up to my original Problem with Redbubble Cards.
I am aware that some people were keeping on eye on that, to see the result so, as promised, here it is.

I have received the third order on my original order of cards from Redbubble.
The last two were reprints. The original order was placed mid July. It is now mid September

Customer Service
My main concern was the difficulty in which it was to contact Redbubble in regards to unprofessional work after receiving the first order. It was difficult to find the correct page. If I had been a customer that had been directed to here, and had placed an order, I would have been very dissatisfied and would more than likely not return here to buy anything further. Problem with Redbubble Cards

I have had a problem with cards being printed out of alignment. While I am currently awaiting news on this issue (first order placed originally in July), please be aware that the printed product might not look like the preview (in preview to purchase) or, as it seems to be called now, in the new view, the Buy It button/tab.

Has anyone had any problems with cards, or any other media i.e. prints, postcards, posters etc not being printed as seen in the preview/Buy It tab? I would love to hear feed back on this as this problem reflects poorly on both Redbubble and the artist themselves. When we promote our products to people, I for one, expect the physical product to look as it does in the preview, especially when people are paying top dollar for product. I am ver

Something Else New in NEW Display by Redbubble

Something else new….
There is a new edition, that you can set from your edit your account page.
Where you can add what you would like to be displayed next to your image (actually, at the bottom right hand side, in the About Photographer’s Name)
No image links able to be posted there.
Words Links are okay.
No other formatting is available, as far as I can see.

Recent work MISSING from Profile Page

Has anyone else noticed that their RECENT WORK, at the bottom of their profile page is missing?

Would love to know if it is just me or just my computer or if it is happening to other people.
