A GOOD RECIPE TO KEEP..

I was off the computer for 2 days..not even a peak..under the covers and coughing so badly..Now I’m better, much much better..My friend from Canada gave me a recipe for home made ‘Gatorade’, for when the body is dehydrated..I couldn’t believe how fast it took me from ‘fading fast’ to fresh & alive! Here’s the recipe if you ever need it and I trust you won’t but good to keep anyway..bring to a boil 4 cups of water, add 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp sugar and flavor with sqeezing a lemon or lime (or whatever you like)..Stir well to dissolve the sugar and salt..It began to work almost before I had 1/4 of a glass down..and it didn’t taste too bad at all…I was really in bad shape..and I’m never ill! This was from allergies that got out of hand from living where the trees are coming into bloom..

Perfect to take with when you go on hikes when it’s hot! It’s all about the ELECTROLYTES
Another little ‘tidbit’..Google ‘Thieves oil’…you can buy it or you can make it yourself..A MUST HAVE with all this crazy flu…The ingredients are; Clove oil: 1 oz – Lemon Oil:175 drops – Cinnamon Bark Oil: 100 drops – Eucalyptus Oil: 75 drops – Rosemary Oil: 50 drops. Mix together —to use, put some on the soles of the feet and rub on the stomach…put in spray bottle and spray around the house..read the instructions on Thieves oil online..that’ll give you some clues..
