Gooey Fruity Centered Cupcakes
4 eggs, 200g castor sugar. 100g plain flour, 80g cocoa, 185g melted butter, Nutella (or any other hazelnut choc spread), raspberries and icing sugar, rapberries, white chocolate swirels and pink icing to decorate

preheat oven to 200C
beat sugar and eggs together – add sifted flour and cocoa – mix well
add butter – mix again
put a teaspoon full of mix in bottom of paper cupcake liner
fill 1 large or 2 small rapberries with Nutella (this bit is kind messy but yummy…1 for the baking, 1 for me…) and put in center of each partially filled liner then fill liners to about 3/4 full with remaining cake mix (make sure cake mix covers the raspberry fully and round the sides)
bake for 12-15 mins
once cool top with pink icinf/frosting – decorate with remaining raspberries, dust with icing sugar and push a white chocolate swirl in to make it look pretty!
