THE WINDOW

I looked up I heard a noise
THE WINDOW was open
I had no choice
I heard moaning
As I looked inside
I could see two lovers
They did not hide
Locked in an embrace
For all to see
I really wished
She was me
He was tall
Her legs were long
Making love
Moving to a song
He was holding her
And they began to dance
I have never known
Such romance
I watched for awhile
Until it was complete
Walked away
As if in defeat
