LA BELLE PARIS DE SARKOZY

They sit, they eat, they laugh
While the poor are cut in half
No food, no shelter, no home
No choice but for them to roam
They run countries
But fail to see
The truth of poverty
Their houses filled with gold
Empty are their souls
There is no justice for the poor
There are no helpful laws
Politicians one and all
Supposedly answering their community call
Ignore those living in the street
As long as they succeed in their feat
To have wealth and to rule a country
They are the “fat cats” you see
Never worrying about those crying
Lying on the pavement dying
Starvation and no health care
The politicans are not there
Wearing their Rolex and fine clothes
Sticking up their pointed noses
It happens in the U.S.A.
It happens in France today
And in all the countries
No one hears the pleas
Of those who truly need
The politicans and men of power to heed
The cry so clearly heard
It is just three words
HELP THE HOMELESS

NO MATTER WHAT LANGUAGE IS SPOKEN AND IN WHAT COUNTRY WE RESIDE
IT IS UP TO US TO SPEAK OUT TO THE POLITICIANS WHO DO NOT CARE
AND GET HELP FOR THOSE LIVING IN THE STREET…..
LET US WHO HAVE HELP THOSE WHO DO NOT
