THE MORNING AFTER

I think I drank too much last night
My head is pounding and I don’t feel right
I know that there was a girl here
She was the one with the long dark hair
Don’t remember how far we went
But know this morning I’m spent
Have to get up and get ready for work
How could I have been such a jerk
The sun is blinding and I can’t see
I definitely made a fool of me
Think I’ll sleep just a little more
Can’t get up I have a moving floor
I can’t help but wonder
How in my head is there such thunder
All I remember is the wild laughter
Now I suffer THE MORNING AFTER
