White Wine and Moonlight

We sat on the rocks above the raging sea
He handed a glass of white wine to me
He swore we would never part
I never thought he would break my heart

His eyes glistened in the moonlight
And love filled the night
He kissed my hands and then my face
And locked me in a tight embrace

Lips on lips hand on hand
And soon we were naked in the sand
His gentle kisses made me quiver
And I could feel his body shiver

In perfect synch we did perform
And the climax was like a perfect storm
I felt a sense of urgency .. a terrible fright
And held on to him way too tight

I never wanted to leave that place
But for some reason felt disgrace
On the ride home we had no conversation
Except that he was going on vacation

I waited by the phone for him to call
But never heard anything at all
I felt for him a burning fire
And he only used me for his desire
