Satin tea bags ,bad poetry and silk laden dreams.

I met
a lovely lady,
at a quaint little café,
that serves green tea
in satin bags,
maybe even silk,
not quite sure,
such finery,
just a part of my dreams,
of course my fantasies to,
so enticing
yet so far away from my world,
hindsight is bliss!
In my uncultured arena,
at the time,
I was reading
bad poetry,
without breathing,
she was drinking green tea
in a satin bag,
from a ceramic cup,
it was really a paper cup,
but I am such a great poet
and romantic,
I imagined it that way?
actually listening,
the best she could,
for I talk really fast,
especially for those
that listen slow,
after she left,
all I could tink about,
was,
it would be so good
to breathe again,
as I sipped my green tea,
snugly wrapped
in its satiny silk bag!
then thought about
other tings.

Satin tea bags ,bad poetry and silk laden dreams.

a lady friend
I met on a moonless
night
filled with lonesome
words
only one time
suggested
we do something
sometime
I thought about it
wrote this poem
and wondered
what?
