Artist's Description

When we talk about the wage gap, we must always acknowledge that it is much worse for women of color. Let’s follow the leadership of women activists of color who are demanding employer accountability and the equitable treatment that they deserve. And finally, let’s recognize that race-based oppression is and always has been inextricably linked with both gender and class.

All profits from this design will be given to Black Girls Code, an organization dedicated to empowering Black women and girls. Proof will be posted on our Instagram account, @theartivists.
