Artist's Description

In the struggle for social justice, it is necessary that different communities unite together in solidarity. Under an intersectional lens, different systems of oppression combine and overlap into one kyriarchy; thus, we must be similarly united in order to eradicate this multifaceted systemic oppression.

From communities of color to womxn, from the LGBTQIA+ community to disabled folks, let’s move forward together with a common goal in mind.

Profits from our designs, as always, will be used to support social justice related causes. Profits from this design in particular will go towards the Women’s March on Washington (https://www.crowdrise.com/marchforward/fundrais...), in recognition of the immense show of unity that this organization put together.

Although there were some controversies with the lack of intersectionality and trans-inclusivity of some of the attendees, the Women’s March organization itself is generally intersectional and inclusive.

Proof of the contribution will be posted periodically on our Instagram, @theartivists.
