Texacology

Texacology means "The Study of Texas" and believe me I've had first hand experience! I've driven a horse-drawn wagon (and the potty wagon) in a trail ride, rustled up beans and chili in cook-offs, carried newborn calves on my lap in a pickup truck, danced with spur wearing cowboys, and was a roadie for a country western band, not to mention cutting off the sleeves of many a pearl button shirt.
