I watched her as she stepped out of the woods and strolled across my yard. She appeared relaxed, as any frequent visitor would. Then… I swear, the brazen little beastie smiled at me just before she buried her head in my flower garden and started mowing down my tulips!!
We have a resident herd of somewhere in the neighborhood of 15 to 20 that wander the forest and fields surrounding our home. Some years my flower beds appear to be quite appealing, some years we live in peace and I actually get to enjoy some of the flowers I plant.
