Taken near Morton, Washington (USA) in Gifford Pinchot National Forest
We had our first day of real summer today. The temp was in the 90’s and I was loving it. My daughter and I went up the road a bit to check out a cave and to check out Goat Creek. Well, there was quite a bit more flow than I was expecting, but when given lemons one must make lemonade, so we slogged our way up the creek and took a few pic’s. The water was moving fairly fast and we had to cross the creek several times to keep going up stream. With each crossing the chant was….if I go down, just save the camera!!!! Of course, we were soaked to the waist by the time we got back to the car, but it felt great, and the cameras all survived!!!
