Girl on the bed

The girl on the bed,
Hides her eyes,
Her heart is breaking,
She cries and cries,
Things that have happened,
Her world has turned blue.
She has no idea,
About what to do.
Her family scattered,
And torn apart,
Has left a scar,
So deep in her heart.
A foreign land,
To where she’s come,
Is strange and new,
And she knows no one.
The bullies who taunted,
And called her names,
To them, it was not real,
It was just fun and games.
A family new, that she
was not a part,
Continues to torture and
Deaden her heart.
She found a friend,
A soul mate for sure,
Then he walked away,
For that there wasn’t a cure.
And so all her life,
She has struggled alone,
With no family to care and,
No place to call home.
She lies on the bed,
And covers her eyes,
Are you really surprised,
She cries and she cries?
