The rain pours
mixing memory
and desire
And reality gets dissolved…

I look at that rainbow…
I wonder, how could a drop of rain
disperse the sun?!
And then I think about you
and realise that a drop of your tears
disperses my life making it colourless…
Rainbow does not seem wonderful any more…

I dreamt through a peaceful sleep
I slept through a peaceful dream
Reality woke me up
and chaos started speaking
… in fact I am only throwing rhetoric

I sit near that huge tower where
vitality transforms into wealth
The smoke exhaled by my burning desires
settles on the dark blanket
that steadily vails the tired roads
I tend to impersonate memories,
weave them through the exhale,
weave them beneath the blanket,
and wait for a rear truck passing by
hoping that it crushes them all.
But there is an invisible filter
acting as my strong adversary
that impersonates memories into desires
and weaves them back into what I inhale.
I behold that tower and grow sad…
Do I realise?
Do I realise that this is a vicious circle…
Or do I still hope?

Wet memories dont dry up
they dry the drier
drain the drainer
and pretend to sooth the poet.
Desires are better
they can always burn
they tend to burn memories
but are often extinguished
or burn away too soon.
