Whilst most gardens you walk through to enjoy, this one is viewed from big picture windows within the museum. Definitely a ‘wow’ garden, it completely took our breath away.
The garden surrounding the Adachi Museum of Art was ranked the best in Japan by America’s Journal of Japanese Gardening. While the dry landscape garden is the main feature of the museum’s 43000sqm grounds, there is also a moss garden, pond garden and a white-gravel and pine garden.
