Artist's Description

A Poem in Three Parts (Part I)

Wandering through the crashing jungles of humanity,
I long for the stillness of another time,
The sanity
Of the quiet rippling of my lone reflection,
In waters that shimmer and glisten
With the sun’s direction….
And I long for the soft breath in my face
Of a memory
A beckoning,
Of a peaceful place….
To just shed the screaming weight of the world and its care
And immerse myself in those waters
With my soul laid bare…..
So I close my eyes in prayer and search for the trees,
I long for an answer, for a calling, a breeze……
