Artist's Description

There is a lot of activity in this busy boating area located in Beaufort, North Carolina (USA). The gull is not alone in enjoying the view! In the distance is a pretty bridge and beyond that is the Atlantic Ocean. The reflections in the calm water double the height of the poles or posts in the foreground. Across the water are many large fishing boats, while on the near side there are sailboats. This is a beautiful day in early May.

Edited in Corel Paint Shop Pro using 2 textures from ShadowHouse (one called oil paint) and 2 layers of my own.
