Artist's Description

Taken from the Tuzigoot National Monument, Arizona.
Tuzigoot means ‘crooked water’ in Apache and the buildings left are the remains of a Sinagua village built between 1125 and 1400.
It’s amazing to see this place, built on a ridge high in the Verde Valley, near Clarkdale, and just imagine what it must have been like to live here in those times.
