I Survived the Great NZ Marmite Famine of 2012
Designed by strawberrymouse
Due to the Christchurch earthquake of 2011 the factory that makes New Zealand's Marmite was closed due to earthquake damage. This factory is the only one that makes Sanitarium Marmite. By March 2012 the supplies in the stores had run out. Desperate Marmite fans were left Marmite-less for months as the factory was repaired. Some resorting to buying extremely overpriced second hand containers on Trademe, or begging their mums or nanas for the gross, hard, expired, half used containers from the back of the pantry. They were dark dark days.

T-shirt Joy

by Lori L. on Jan 16, 2018

True-to-size fit, great fabric and excellent print quality. After multiple washings the T-shirt shows no signs of colour fading or peeling/cracking of the print.
