Artist's Description

Here’s another shot of Lago Nahuel Huapi, the largest lake in the Argentine national park of the same name. Whole sections of the park are thick with lupins, which – as you can see – will grow right up to the shore, as the water is fresh. Although lupins are most common in North America (and, indeed, some of the lupins in the park may have been introduced from there), the Andes region does have its own native species.
