Artist's Description

The Royal Gorge Bridge is located in Colorado.
The bridge is the highest suspended bridge in the world. It is 1,053 feet above the Arkansas River.
If you look close at the photo you can see the Arkansas River, and just to the right there is what looks like a brown / blackish line, this is rail road tracks.
There is a trolley ride we took that takes you down to bottom of the gorge by the river were you can look up and see the bridge which looks like no more then a rope suspened across the gap.
The bridge is useable and a close glance a car, van and trolley car can be seen on the bridge.
The road bed of the bridge is made of wooden boards that move as you walk or drive over the bridge. We both walked and drove our car over the bridge to get the affect of the moving boards.
I nice tourist attraction.
