Curvy 2010

Two days ago i finally received my personal copy of Curvy 2010. Seems like i’ve been waiting an absolute age to get this in my hands, well, since the beginning of 2010 when i first submitted my work, so long enough! LOL!

Here are a few shots i wanted to share with y’all, i think they manage to get across the great print quality of the book, it really is a joy to look at. For those of you familiar with my work, you’ll recognize my piece ‘Au Revoir’ in the 2nd image down.

Home Page Feature!!!

Well, after just over 2 years of being with Redbubble (and what a lovely 2 years it’s been) my work has been fortunate enough to finally grace the Home Page!! YAY!! I was delighted to find this out last night. They chose to feature one of my old pieces, ‘Pippa’. Thanks to all of you who left me lovely and encouraging comments yesterday, you made my night, and of course heart felt thanks to all of my friends here (you know who you are) who continue to offer such amazing support and encouragment along the way, Redbubble of course just wouldn’t be the same without ya!

Can you see my vision? with music

I thought i’d add the music that was inspiring to me at the time of producing Can you see my vision? I wish that i could find a way to just have the music instead of pasting a YouTube vid, as it’s a bit distracting. I just want you to view the piece and listen. Anyhow i feel that adding the music gives it another dimension and a closer view into my world. Feels nice to share.

thank you Sarah xx

I am rediscovering Tori Amos at the moment, listening to her sometimes when i am creating. This is an old vid on her but it captures her quirkiness nicely me thinks :)) Makes me want to run barefoot in some nice fresh green grass too :))

What do you listen to when you’re in your creative zone? Sometimes i just like the silence…
