Bark, wood and found objects 1994
approx 70cm x 40cm
This is among six works I created during my two years living in an old blacksmiths cottage near St Andrews, Fife, Scotland… I possibly had the best time I’ve had as an artist when making these!
Thank you for looking.. all the best :-)))))

an instant fav!~
Thankyou Helene! I found this guy in the woods. He was in pieces after a nasty divorce. I helped put him back together and hes now on my wall. I will sell him to a kind home one day but at the moment hes happy but like me, he’s losing hair!!
your work is a delight to look at!!! beautiful!!! cheers! cm
Thankyou and welcome to Redbubble! Make sure you join a few groups to get known. Redbubble is great for feedback. I will keep an eye out for you! All the best from sunny Scotland X

Thankyou Astrid! Work like this makes it all a joy. Its playtime!
O yes what fun, and what a brilliant result because of it, great work
Thankyou for taking the time. Comments are such boosts and I enjoyed looking through your work too. Keep it up and I hope things are ok with you in Woody Point (sounds like a painful place!!)
I wanna sculpt Stephen !.If I could accomplish something close to this I’d be a happy camper. As usual your creations are many and varied and give to me impetus to get off my arse and do something !!
Your work does the same to me Rolfe!! Thanks for taking the time to see my work. Im honoured to be appreciated by someone with your talents. Keep an eye out for a few crackers in the week! All the best and thanks again!!
Love this guy to pieces. ;)
You can have him Frannie!! Hes on my wall looking for a good home. Here he just smokes and drinks and tells my son rude stories about ‘getting wood’ so to be honest I’d love to get rid of him!!
Honstly though, if I never sell him I wont mind. Hes one of a kind!!!
A standout (literally)!
Fantastic creation,great work!
