This motif tells a story that is unfortunately no longer a rarity these days. I have been offering a shirt with the saying "Man from Bearded Attitude" for quite some time online - before there was actually no one who came up with the idea of sticking a "b" to the adjective and thus giving his original meaning a funny twist , However, it did not take me long until I was no longer the only one offering shirts with "beard-fair" wordplay. In other words, the first plagiarism has not been long in coming. This was a bit of a tapestry in that the "re-creation" did not add anything new to my original. On the contrary: In my opinion, the copy was very, very loveless - that was the kind of motif whose production process I like to describe with the term "hudeli-hudeli-ratzfatz". What to do? Sure, I could protect myself with ideas like this, but of course, brand protection is not for God's sake - and many of my designs are so special that the niche is very tight for them and the opportunities are accordingly rather narrow. Say: Often it's hard to say whether it's worth signing up for a brand and getting an idea officially protected in this way. The alternative for me is to oppose loveless plagiarism of my ideas designs, in the design of which I flow heart and soul. I have remained true to this principle in the "bartgerecht" cause - the design presented here is a lavishly designed, detail-loving new edition of my original.
