A Bird and a Fish

He lived
Like many
In the sea
Going with the current
So naturally
Until one day
He looked above
To see
An angel
And fell in love
She flew across
His world
With ease
A change was meld
Unnaturally
A small fish
Was never meant
To love
A bird so beautiful
As a dove
She was lost
Out to sea
And he was found
Her beauty
Was the key
He tried so hard
To reach her figure
Blurred and strange
He fought the water
And leapt
Out of the sea
To sprout wings
And join her
Flying quickly
A bird and fish
Were never meant
To love
Its strange
Unnatural
But right
Flying
Up above

A Bird and a Fish

oh man, its hard to say what this is…….just some thoughts and some very bad rhyming but hopefully you find it whimsical, absurd and a sweet story….despite the offence to literature! lol
