Artist's Description

My Girlfriend and I were in New Orleans, La from Oct. 1, 2008- Oct. 08, 2008. It’s a great city. As you’ll see in this series of Pictures. New Orleans has rebuilt a lot, but there is still alot to be rebuilt. They are Kind, generous people, who appreciate our tourism. If you have a chance please go visit soon. They really need our help!

A portion of the proceeds from this picture, will be donated to organizations, in order to help rebuild New Orleans!

This Picture was taken in the French Quarter. This is probably the most tourist driven area in New Orleans. In these streets you can find anything you want, from bars, to gay clubs, some transectual clubs, strip clubs, Restaurants, Shops, Night Life and even street performers!

I stepped out of my hotel room one morning to see, what appeared to be chaos. Cops everywhere, weird people standing around, several military helicopters floating around, and alot of men in suits. The bellman of my hotel quickly informed me that, Vice President Richard/Dick Chenney was going to be having lunch at a restaurant there. You know I had to be there to photograph. Although I was never able to actually get anywhere close enough, to get his picture. This was one of the Police blockades.

This picture is “As Is.” There has been no Modification. This is just as the camera took it!
