Let’s Soup Party
Liz Collet’s Soup Kitchen

Saddle of pork steak, roasted, sliced, as “add.on” for a soup with pepper in three colours and chinese leek, spiced with, salt, pepper and a little chili; cooking pearl barley is very easy: 1 part pearl barley (50 g) 10 parts water (500 ml) per person. Cooking it and then (!) give it in a sieve, let cold water flow over it and then give it into vegetable stock….. a soup with vegetables, here: pepper. All going along with a “cheese brezl” baked with 1:1:1 butter, cheese and flour and a pinch of salt
