Daily Soup to Go

This is a very easy done lunch: For the strudel “leaves”, the chips: 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup warm water, a pinch of salt and a little oil are the ingredients for the dough; After making the dough cover it for an hour and then roll the pastry as thin as possible, put it on baking paper on a baking plate and brush it with melted butter; if You like : spread some pepper or chili “powder” over it (few!) . bake it until golden in the oven. Break it then or cut it before baking it into stripes. You can serve it with wine, soup or salad or with cheese, olives or antipasti. If You put some slices of garlic into the melting butter, the snack gets another lovely flavour; and adding a pinch of cayenne or pepper it’s getting a little sharper note of flavour; very lovely also: a pinch of thyme or rosemary; prepare the spices in a mortar. The soup is done with a littel pinch of butter in a pot, nelt it, add an onion, cut in small pieces and add sliced champignons. (4-5 per person) When getting soft colour please add 300 ml milk , cook it for about 3-4 minutes and then mix it to creamy soup, add fresh parsley, salt and pepper and serve it with the strudel chips [apologize for my English]
