For the recipe: smooth butter mixed with only a blob of mustard (prefer: Dijon), pepper, a little lemon juice, a pinch of chili/cayenne, very very few salt and fresh thyme. Mix it and dress it up like those little rosettes oder put it in another cup, bowl, form, mug, in pergament paper rolled up e.g. and cool it in the fridge to serve it later. Take it out of the fridge about 5 – 10 min. before serving.
