Artist's Description

WITH THE SATALITE IN A “FIXED ORBIT”, WHILE SHOOTING A LONG EXPOSURE, THE IMAGE OF THE UNIVERSE LOOKS LIKE IT IS SPINNING, INSTEAD OF THE PLANET. THIS IS PLANET RFC05281952 IN A DISTANT SECTION OF OUR UNIVERSE. SINCE THIS PLANET IS JUST EVOLVING, THERE IS NO ELECTICAL LIGHT STRUCTURE, SO THE DARK SIDE OF THE PLANET IS JUST THAT, DARK. THE FIXED SATALITE WAS SENT THERE FROM ANOTHER WORLD FAR AWAY. FINALLY AFTER MANY YEARS OF SPACE TRAVEL THE SATALITE REACHED IT’S GOAL AND FIXED ITSELF IN HIGH STATIONARY ORBIT. THE EXPECTED LIFE OF THE SATALITE IS HOPED TO BE 100 YEARS, SO IT CAN TRANSMIT IMAGES BACK TO IT’S HOME PLANET, FOR A LONG TIME TO COME. IF ANY EVOLVING TAKES PLACE IN THAT 100 YEARS, IT WILL BE RECORDED IN THE LIBRARY OF SPACIAL HAPPENINGS ON A PLANET THAT MAY NEVER MAKE ITSELF KNOWN TO THIS PLANET.
