I've been a single Mom for so long, I don't count the years any longer. My time is my own. I love to cook, grow my own fruits and veggies, I also do my own preserving of those foods. I like to be outside whenever possible, but due to a back injury in 1986 I am limited at times. I do listen to my body, I think we all should. I also think that is a lesson I learned a few years too late.
