A fantasy digital painting based on a photograph of the skies lowering above the Campsies, a low lying range of hills 12 miles north of Glasgow in Scotland’s central belt. The sky was in a thousand shades of swirling grey and looked as if it had been hand painted by an Old Master. Sadly grey skies are all too common where I live. Would we be different people under rainbow skies? With my trusty digital paintbrush I went a bit mad with colour. You can just see a fragment of the Campsies at the foot of the painting. The sky was the star.
