From macro photography to photomontage … with a pinch of illustration thrown in for good measure.
When I was given a $10 Kodak camera as a teenager, I fell in love with photography. Nothing has changed – except the camera.
I further developed my skills while completing a Diploma in Fine Arts – majoring in Photography and Design.
Initially I was resistant to digital photography … just plain stubborn. After dabbling in digital with a point and shoot camera, I realised its benefits – freedom to control the image. So it was goodbye to film.
Whether it’s photographing an insect or enhancing an illustration – I always have fun and inevitably learn something.
