Artist's Description

This stunning sculpture was created by Paul Manship in 1936. The monument was created alongside one other, titled ‘Maiden’. Both were meant to stand alongside the famous golden sculpture of Prometheus, the Titan who brought fire to mankind by stealing it from the Chariot of the Sun. However, due to Manship’s change of stance, for many years these sculptures were placed away from Prometheus. Today, you can see all three works of art at the Rockefeller Center in Manhattan, New York City.

Camera used: Canon 80D.

Lens: Canon EF-S 55-250 mm f/4-5.6 IS STM Lens.
